Who's behind Kaushionics

Hi, I'm Arjun Kaushal.

I'm from Haridwar. For the last three years I've been working on EV charging infrastructure projects in Croatia and Slovenia, including Tesla and BYD chargers.

In Europe, charging at home is normal. You plug in at night and don't think about it. Back home it still isn't that simple. People aren't sure which charger to buy, whether their wiring can take it, or who will fit it safely.

So I started Kaushionics. Our team handles site visits and installations, and I look after planning, suppliers and support. You can also message me directly on WhatsApp.

We'd rather do every installation properly than rush through a lot of them.

We check your sanctioned load and wiring, then give you a final price and a date. When you say yes, you pay 50% so we can order your charger.

Which Kaushionics charger fits your EV?

Note: Most Indian EVs (Tata, MG, Mahindra XUV400, BYD Atto 3, Seal and e6) can only take 6.6 to 7.4 kW on AC. A bigger charger won't make them charge any faster, so the Smart Home Pro 7kW is the sensible pick. The Mahindra BE 6, XEV 9e and Hyundai Ioniq 5 can take up to 11 kW, so for those the Hospitality 11kW does save time. The 22kW model makes sense for hotels and offices where several cars charge at once.

Frequently asked questions

How does payment work? +

You pay 50% when you confirm the order, so we can buy your charger. The other 50% is paid only after it's installed and working with your car. You get the full price in writing before you pay anything.

How long does installation take? +

For home chargers, usually 7 to 10 days from the site visit to a working charger. For hotels and commercial sites it depends on the electrical work, and we give you a date after the site survey.

Do I need to arrange anything before installation? +

Yes. You need enough sanctioned load, a dedicated circuit and proper earthing. We check all of this on the site visit and tell you exactly what's missing before we start.

What's the difference between AC and DC chargers? +

AC chargers are for daily charging at home, hotels and offices. They take a few hours but cost much less. DC chargers are far faster, but they cost a lot more and need a heavy electrical connection, so they suit commercial sites and fleets.

What warranty do I get? +

Every charger comes with the maker's warranty against defects. The exact period depends on the model, and we give it to you in writing with the quote.

Do you support housing societies / apartments? +

Yes. Most societies ask for an NOC from the RWA first. We can tell you what to ask for.
